Yes. If you start with Contractor Search and later decide you want the additional services, you can upgrade by paying the difference (£200). This must be done before you proceed to contract signing with a contractor.

What if none of the shortlisted contractors are right for me?

We offer one replacement round at no additional cost if the initial shortlist does not meet your needs. If specific requirements were not communicated initially, we work with you to refine the search criteria.

How long does project monitoring continue?

Project monitoring is billed monthly and continues for as long as you require it. Most clients use this service from construction start to practical completion, though you can cancel with 14 days notice at any time.

Do you guarantee the contractors you recommend?

We verify contractor credentials, insurance, and track record, but we cannot guarantee their future performance. What we do guarantee is our vetting process was thorough and our recommendation was based on verifiable evidence. If a contractor we recommended causes issues, we provide dispute resolution support.

Standard turnaround for a contractor shortlist is 5-7 working days after we receive your completed project brief. Urgent requests can sometimes be expedited for an additional fee, subject to contractor availability.
